1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1. This document regulates the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Seller and the Buyer (Customer) applicable to the purchase of goods online www.sstudio.lt
1.2. In the case of use of this website, including logging in to it and purchasing the goods specified therein, the following terms and conditions apply. These terms and conditions, which are set out below, are subject to change at any time without further notice.

2.2. A buyer (customer) is a person who visits the website as a potential customer who is visiting and buying for the first time.
2.3. In the following text, the word “we”, including its forms in other inflections, means the Seller, who is the owner of the goods and services, and the word “you”, including its forms in other inflections, refers to the person who visits this website as a potential customer or not a first-time visitor.
3. Ordering and Payment Procedure
3.1. When purchasing goods, the Buyer picks them up virtually and places them in the virtual cart.
3.2. The Buyer shall provide the data that is strictly necessary for the execution of the order, i.e. name, surname, telephone number, delivery address, etc.
3.3. The moment when the Buyer executes the payment shall be considered as the moment of conclusion of the contract.
3.4. When the Buyer receives the order confirmation by e-mail, it is considered that the Seller has accepted the order.
3.5. If the Buyer has not paid the amounts due, the order shall be deemed to have been cancelled.
3.6. You can pay for goods in our store using a payment by credit card, Paysera or payment order.
3.7. The Buyer shall pay for the return of the goods. In case of return of goods, all bank fees related to the return of money to the Buyer’s account shall be paid by the Buyer.
3.8. If the Buyer has provided incorrect information or an inaccurate address, he/she undertakes to reimburse the Seller for all costs related to delivery.

5. Protection and security of personal data
5.1. We ask for your name, telephone number, delivery address, e-mail address and payment method data in order to fulfil your order.
5.2. In order to further develop and improve this website, we may conduct surveys and ask you in other ways to provide information about how our website is used.
5.3. The data you provide will allow both us and the entities processing it to fulfil your order and provide our services.
5.4. We may also send you information about our products, services and details of promotions and special offers.

Therefore, we will not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for purposes that are unrelated to the company-customer relationship.

5.9.1. to ship your order;
5.9.2. provide the Parcel Transportation Service with data about the place of delivery and contact your data so that, if necessary, it can contact you and verify that it was you who placed the order; also to be able to acknowledge receipt or resolve any issues encountered;
5.9.3. to correspond by e-mail in the future regarding possible offers that may be useful to you (in case your prior consent is obtained).
5.10. Any elements of the information provided by you are used only to verify your identity and promptly deliver your order. All data provided by you is processed firmly and carefully in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania. Such processing is not an examination of your creditworthiness and will not affect either your creditworthiness risk score or your creditworthiness itself.
5.11. One of our policies is to ensure your personal safety when you use our services. Therefore, we make every effort to ensure that our transactions are processed securely and that the personal data you provide is stored securely. 6.2. In addition, we cannot be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses or other technological derivatives that are genuinely harmful to your computer, including specific programs, data or other material contained therein, at the time when you voluntarily download material from this or other website linked to it.
6.3. We reserve all rights to disable any user account at any time if we suspect that a malicious attack may have been carried out or if we believe that the User has violated these Purchase Rules, including direct violation and misuse.
7. Availability of information

While we make every effort to ensure that this commitment is respected, we cannot guarantee that we will always deliver on it. 8.Final provisions
8.1. All disputes, disagreements or claims arising from or related to the cooperation between the Seller and the Buyer, which cannot be resolved by negotiations between the Seller and the Buyer within 15 working days from the date of submission of the claim, shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
