RULES FOR RENTING CLOTHES

These rules regulate the rental of clothes and define the responsibility of the customer and the landlord.

1. LEASE PERIOD

  • Rental period: Clothing is rented for 3 days (72 hours) as standard, unless agreed and otherwise stated.
  • Extension of the lease period: If the lease period needs to be extended, the customer must contact the client no later than 24 hours before the expiry of the contract. If it is possible to extend the rental period, additional fees may apply for each day of the extension, unless otherwise agreed.

2. RESERVATION

  • Reservation Fee: To confirm the reservation, you must pay the full rental fee and this must be done no later than 18 days before the agreed rental date.
  • Cancellation: If the customer cancels the booking less than 18 days before the start of the agreed rental date, the fee will not be refunded. The lease start date is specified in the destination field of the payment order. For example, N2024/10/30 ( YEAR/MONTH/DAY).

3. PICK-UP AND RETURN

  • Pick-up: two pick-up methods are available: The garment can be picked up on the agreed day of the start of the rental from the studio in Vilnius, Švitrigailos 11K. Alternatively, we can send the rented clothing by bus shipment to the city specified by the recipient. There is a fee of 7 euros for the shipping service. The exact pick-up time will be agreed with the customer individually, the day before the customer picks up the garment.
  • Return: There are two ways to return: clothes can be returned by delivery to the studio before the end of the rental term, 12:00. The clothing can be returned by sending bus parcels and delivered to the Vilnius Bus Parcel Department, no later than by the end of the agreed rental term at 13:00. The sender pays for the shipment.
    If the garment is not returned on time, an additional fee of EUR 50 will be applied for each day of delay. The day is calculated from the third hour of the late return.

4. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES

  • Condition of the garment: The garment must be returned in the same condition as it was received. The customer is responsible for all damage to the product, including stains that the cleaner cannot clean, tears or other mechanical damage (SWEAT, MAKEUP, PERFUME RESIDUES DO NOT COUNT).
  • In case of damage: if the garment is returned with damage, an additional fee will apply, depending on the damage. If the damage to the garment is irreparable, the customer must pay the full price of the product (not including the rental fee).

5. LOSS OF CLOTHING

  • If the garment is not returned or is lost during the rental period, the customer must reimburse the landlord for the full value of the garment, not including the rent paid in the amount.

6. CLEANING CLOTHES

  • Cleaning service: The landlord is responsible for cleaning the garment. The Client may not take any action regarding the cleaning unless otherwise agreed.
  • Additional cleaning fees: If the garment is returned heavily contaminated or damaged, additional cleaning fees may apply.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Rent: All payments must be made at least 18 days before the agreed date of collection of the garment.
  • Payment methods: Clothing rental can be paid by bank transfer or cash in the studio.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  • The customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and is used only for the implementation of the clothing rental process.

RULES FOR BUYING CASUAL SUITS

These rules govern the purchase of goods and the use of the online shop. By purchasing the goods, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. ORDER GOODS

  • Order confirmation: After placing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us. Item availability: Item inventory is limited. If for any reason the goods cannot be delivered, we will inform you and offer an alternative or refund the full amount paid.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • Prices: All prices are in euros (EUR).
  • Payment methods: we accept payments by the following methods: bank transfers, cash, electronic wallets (Montonio). Payment must be made before the goods are shipped.

3. DELIVERY

  • Delivery methods and terms: the goods are delivered by couriers, postal services, in case of urgency we can also send the order through bus shipments. Preparation of the product from 1 to 3 working days. The delivery time is usually between 1 and 3 business days, depending on where you live. The exact deadlines will be indicated in the order confirmation.
  • Delivery cost: The delivery cost is calculated automatically based on the weight of the goods, the method of delivery and the recipient’s address. For orders over 250 EUR, delivery is free.
  • Delivery delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or force majeure circumstances (e.g. strikes, bad weather).
    If you need a parcel extremely fast – contact us personally and we will find the fastest delivery or collection method.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF GOODS

  • Right of return: The buyer has the right to return the item within 14 calendar days of receipt without any reason. The product must be unused, without losing its marketable appearance and in its original packaging.
  • Return process: To return an item, please contact us by email and provide the order number and reason for the return. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the item has been defective.
  • Exchange: If you want to exchange the item, e.g. due to the wrong size, please contact us first, return the received item, and then we will send you the required size.

5. QUALITY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GOODS

  • Quality of goods: All goods are inspected before shipment. If you have received a defective or defective item, we are responsible for replacing it or returning it.
  • Defect liability: If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the defect. We undertake to exchange the product or refund within 14 business days.
  • Color matching: Please note that the actual colors of the items may differ slightly from the photos due to the display settings.

6. LIABILITY FOR MISUSE

  • Use of the Goods: We are not responsible for damage to the Goods caused by improper use, maintenance or washing. Always follow the manufacturer’s care instructions.
  • Size Selection: We recommend that you carefully choose the size of your clothes according to the size charts provided by us. The buyer is responsible for the selection of the wrong size. You can always contact us, we will help you choose the most suitable size.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

  • Processing of personal data: All personal data provided during the purchase is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. They are only used for order processing and communication with the customer.
  • Data security: We undertake to store your personal data and not to transfer it to third parties, except where it is necessary for the fulfillment of the order (e.g. courier services).
