Return of goods
1. When buying www.sstudio.lt in the store, each buyer and the product of the appropriate quality purchased by him is provided with a 14-day return guarantee from the date of receipt of the product if:
1.1 The product is unused and undamaged;
1.2 The product has not lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, etc.);
1.3 The returned product is complete with all the documentation and original packaging attached by the manufacturer.
The company undertakes to refund to the consumer immediately and no later than within 14 days from the date on which he received the consumer’s notice of withdrawal from the contract, all amounts paid by the consumer, including the cost of delivery of the goods paid by the consumer. Article 6.22811(6) of the Civil Code provides that the consumer shall bear only the direct costs of returning the goods, unless these costs are borne by the trader under the contract or when the trader has not duly informed the consumer that these costs will have to be borne by the consumer.
2. To return an item of suitable quality:
2.1 It is necessary to contact [email protected] by e-mail, indicating the order number of the goods, the reason for the return.
2.2 The product you have purchased must be unused, with labelling labels and in its original packaging, undamaged and not lost its commercial appearance.
2.3 Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
3. Regarding the return of quality goods:
3.1 The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, or the Goods cannot be returned in other cases established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer must ensure that the quality, packaging and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements of the returned Goods do not change.
3.2 The Seller shall not be liable for the deterioration of the quality of the Goods if the Buyer or the persons to whom the Buyer has handed over the Goods have used them for purposes other than for the purposes for which such Goods are normally used, have not complied with the requirements specified in the instructions, have violated the rules for the transportation, storage, use and/or storage of the Goods, as well as, if there are visible defects in the packaging of the Goods and other external defects not discussed in writing during the transfer of the Goods, or if the deterioration of the quality of the Goods is due to the Buyer or other persons, to whom the Buyer has handed over the Goods.
3.3 The money for the returned Goods shall in all cases be transferred by payment transfer and only to the payer’s bank account.
4. To return an item of incorrect quality, follow the steps listed above. (points 2.1, 2.2)
4.1 After examining the claim within 5 working days, the Seller, upon receipt of the returned goods or the evidence provided to the Buyer that the goods were sent in poor quality, must refund to the Buyer the price paid for the goods within 14 days at the latest, including the costs of delivery of the goods / return of the goods to the seller paid by the Buyer.
4.3 The Buyer must provide a document confirming the purchase or a copy thereof, packaging (if any) of the potentially inappropriate quality of the goods.
5. The Buyer may change the product and require:
5.1 That the product be replaced by an analogous product of adequate quality, except in cases where the defects are minor or they are caused by the Buyer’s error;
5.2 That the item is replaced due to an incorrect size.
5.3. We may refuse to accept the product in case of changes in the appearance of the product, defects. We note that the consumer, when testing the goods, can only perform such actions as are necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods. According to Article 14(2) of the Directive, the consumer is liable ‘for the impairment of the goods as a result of treatment of goods which are not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods’. It should be noted that changes in the appearance of the item or its packaging, which were necessary to inspect the item received, cannot be considered as changes in the appearance of the item (Article 6.22811(8) of the Civil Code).
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE AND SHELF LIFE:
6.1. The Seller guarantees that the Goods offered for purchase in the Seller’s e-shop are of suitable quality:
they correspond to the description of the Product provided by the Seller and have the same characteristics as the product provided by the Seller as a sample or model when advertising or offering this product for purchase in the e-shop:
It is suitable for use by the person for whom such goods are usually used.
Corresponds to the quality indicators that are normally typical of goods of the same nature and that the Buyer can reasonably expect from the nature of the item and the publicly made statements made by the manufacturer of the item, its representative or the Seller, including advertising and labelling of the items, regarding the specific characteristics of the item.

FINAL PROVISIONS:
8.1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
8.2. These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
