DELIVERY TIME:

• Parcel lockers ( Omniva, LPexpress ) 1-3 days

• Delivery to the Curonian Spit costs an additional 25 Eur.

Pick-up at the parcel locker:

When your parcel is delivered to the OMNIVA or LPEXPRESS parcel terminal, you will be notified by SMS and/or e-mail. You can pick up the goods from the parcel terminal within 72 hours, at any time of the day. If the ordered goods are not collected within this period, they will be returned to the seller. Reshipping, which costs the same as the original shipping fee, at the time of ordering. i.e. 5 EUROS.

When picking up the parcel, you will need to enter the PIN codes received by SMS at the parcel terminal.

If you notice a damage to the packaging when picking up the parcel, immediately notify the parcel delivery service ( OMNIVA / LPEXPRESS ) and draw up a statement of damage to the package. If you do not report the damage to the shipment and do not record it, we do not take responsibility for the violations.
